In the era of rapid technological development we seem to be losing the ability to spend quality time with other people and by ourselves. We try to stay healthy but at the same time we are surrounded by temptations and theories that rule each other out. Now we are facing yet another problem – we have been forced to stay home, and have to come to terms with uncertainty on daily basis. This has taken a massive strain on people’s mental health, providing tremendous amounts of stress.

The establishment aims to help reconnect with the surrounding us world and people and look past the problems of everyday life, issues of modern life and overflowing technology. Taking into consideration that wellbeing is a state that one can achieve only when mind, body and soul are united – the holistic approach – an ancient medicine for modern problems. There is no simple solution for all of these issues but there could be a place that provides all the necessary tools. A place where we learn how to find a balance and live a better life.

The retreat provides a perfect scene for outdoor activities like exercise, meditation, gardening and lectures. The nature will be brought inside by introducing a peaceful, harmonious and neutral interiors throughout, with French door and floor to ceiling windows surrounding the south facing area blurring the boundary between the outdoor and indoor and flooding the spaces with an abundance of natural light. Upon the arrival welcoming visitors is a bespoke wooden bar with its ceiling feature resembling a tree, indicating inner growth. Throughout the property visitors will notice rounded furnishings and wall features. Circle represent unity - the union of body, mind and soul.

The main bedrooms have been decorated according to the ever circulating seasons of the year, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, signifying the circle of life. Many of the materials used throughout the retreat have been chosen due to its sustainability. Due to the limited space within the property walls the decision has been made to introduce self-contained dome-style ensuite bedrooms. This solution is not only providing a more unique experience but is also an eco-friendly solution.

The mission of the retreat is to mute the mind and let it venture to then be introduced to the new, holistic values and ways of living the life in peace with oneself. The resort will offer continuous support, individual approach and guidance throughout the stay in terms of healthy living, eating and habits, as well as holistic and alternative solutions to mild health issues.
