I am a Essex and London based costume maker who who has completed a BA Hons Degree in Costume Construction...

A full costume constructed for Manon, Act 3- Scene 1 for a convict girl who has been deported for prostitution at the moment she has just stepped off the ship. The top has a boned bodice with a functioning lace up back. The skirt with complimenting gathers, bow and tie details is an all in one net romantic style skirt with a secure roll bum pad. The costume is contoured and broken down using sprays and inks, with natural rust dyed elements on the French head scarf and the skirt.

The Cornflower Fairy is a costume made for a collaborative show reel. It is a full ballet costume that features a heavily detailed bodice with wings, all of which are marbled, hand painted and gold gilded. The costume also has a stretch mesh skirt and matching royal blue body. Tights and pointe shoes dyed to match, finishing off with a headdress of complimenting flowers and ribbons.

The Spinner is semi periodic costume with a fairy tale twist for a tv film series of the classic story of Rumpelstiltskin, based off of the painting of ‘The Spinner’ by Eleuterio Pagliano. The costume is made up of a petticoat and chemise, with a blue over skirt and enchanting yellow 1500’s lace up bodice. Finish off with a set of beads sourced in the London Markets and a headscarf.
