Inspired by embroidery and printing, most of my costumes incorporate this in the design as it is where I shine....

Production - Lady Snowblood. I have always been interested in making a kimono, especially on the detail that is on the print. Since there was a risk of not being able to use the silk screens, I switched the print to something I knew I had access to, thread! This led me to make the back embroidered, it took me some time to perfect the fishbone stitch for the leaves but they turned out better than if it was stitched by machine or just printed.

Production - Manon. Wanting to do something I had not done before, this led to making a suit, I had a lot of difficulties when making it and a lot of things I would change if I was to do it again, I can say with confidence if I was to then I would definitely see an improvement. It made me realise that menswear/tailoring is not the area of specialist that I want to go down but for my first time suit I am happy with the way it turned out.

Production - League of Legends. This is when I feel that I could explore all the areas I excelled in, not only did I find the costume fun to make, I was happy with the way it turned out, the airbrush and the metalic paint worked amazingly and sometimes shows a bit of reflection. I wanted the armour pieces to look authentic in its colour and did have a lot of experiments to finally get it to how I wanted it.

Give this some love
